Dr. Sabrina Renteria, DPA, is a seasoned tribal government consultant and a passionate advocate for strengthening Indigenous communities through sound leadership, fiscal stewardship, and culturally rooted solutions. A proud Nüümü (Paiute) from the Bishop Paiute Reservation in Payahüünadü (Bishop, CA), she brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work across Indian Country.

As Managing Director at FS Advisory Group, Dr. Renteria leads the Tribal Administrative Services (TAS) team, delivering customized services that promote transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability. Her team supports tribal nations with policy and procedure development, 105(l) lease consulting, strategic planning, third-party revenue spending plans, grant compliance, and tailored Tribal Council onboarding programs.

She holds multiple professional development certifications and has expertise in areas including grant management, financial leadership, and tribal governance. Dr. Renteria is recognized for her ability to bridge the gap between federal compliance and tribal values, helping tribal leaders implement systems that are not only effective but also grounded in sovereignty and cultural preservation.

Sabrina lives in Reno, NV with her family. Outside of work, you can often find her at her kids’ sporting events or exploring her homelands in the Eastern Sierras.
