Heidi Hart

Project Manager

Tribe: Bishop Paiute Tribe

As Project Manager, Heidi leads and supports program implementations, facilitates tribal onboarding, develops client communication materials, and oversees projects from planning through execution.

Heidi earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Prescott College and brings more than 20 years of experience working with Tribal Nations. Her background spans from budget and program management, benefit program administration, supervision, and leadership of multiple programs and projects. She also has extensive experience writing policies and procedures, updating Tribal ordinances, and providing technical assistance to various Tribal programs.  

Heidi is an enrolled member of the Bishop Paiute Tribe and currently serves as a Commissioner for Tribal Employment Rights (TERO). She is deeply committed to supporting Tribal Nations and advancing programs that strengthen communities and promote self-determination.
