Blaine Minton

Customer Service Manager

Blaine serves as the Customer Service Manager for FSA TPA, LLC.  His responsibilities include the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Claims Processing and Customer Service departments within FSA TPA, LLC. 

Before joining FSA TPA, LLC, Blaine held senior level management positions with Kaizen Healthcare Group, Iron City Benefits, American Benefit Administrators, Total Administrative Services Corporation and Flexible Corporate Plans.  He is a licensed Life and Health Insurance producer.  His professional background includes work in Financial Services, Banking, Steel Distribution and Employee Benefits. 

Blaine is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.  He is a loving father of three daughters, happily married to his wife, Kristen, of 20+ years, and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
